Gobiopterus chuno, a tiny goby native to Singapore's back mangroves and one of two members of this genus existing locally. For some reason, these habitats have come feature that favours transparency in small, schooling fishes. Priapus fish, ricefish and the Gobiopterus are sympatric species and happily, still not greatly threatened, as there are many more easily obtainable longkang fish for the purpose of feeding fortune-bestowing finned pets. And at barely more than a centimetre in length, these glassy gobies make little more than a snack for piscivorous cousins. The specimen on the length appears to be an egg-laden female.
Aren't Priapus fish introduced?

They are quite widely distributed mangrove denizens I believe. At Sungei Buloh, though, groups of Green Chromide cichlids (Etroplus suratensis) from India and other cichlids can be seen.
